The BIOEFFECT Team

In 2001 three Ph.D. scientists focused on one goal; to find a better and purer way of producing human-like cellular activators for use in medical research and pharmaceuticals. Little did they know that their scientific research would lead to the development and marketing of a revolutionary skincare product.
Ten years on, a team of 40 people now work for ORF Genetics, the founding company behind the science. The same determined entrepreneurial spirit of discovery remains at the heart of everything we do.

Dr. Alexander Schepsky likes to wear a labcoat. He's the main man in BIOEFFECT product development.

	Dr. Audur Magnusdottir is a real protein lover. She knows just how to keep them stable, active and happy in a cosmetic formulation and is rightly named our Director of Protein Technology.
	Dr. Björn Örvar is a founders of ORF Genetics, our mother company. He holds a Ph.D. degree in plant molecular genetics and has really green fingers.
	Brynja Magnusdottir is Iceland's own BIOEFFECT Account Manager and is in charge of keeping our thousands of Icelandic users happy; especially now our secret has gone global.

Eirikur Sigurdsson is in charge of telling the BIOEFFECT story to the world. He is our celebrated Public Relations and Brand Manager.

Gudny Margret Emilsdottir is the only person in the company who speaks fluent Italian. She is Account Manager for BIOEFFECT in Italy.

	Halldor Sigurdsson is the face of BIOEFFECT for our distributors.
	Ingimundur Arnason is constantly at meetings. He's in charge of the company’s growth into international markets as Director of Sales and Marketing.
	Dr. Hilmar Vidarsson knows everything there is to know about the role of cellular activators in our skin. He is therefore our Biomedical Program Manager.
	Anna Sigridur Einarsdottir is passionate about making us look good. She is our very cool Design and Publishing manager.
